The words of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor. She couldn’t be more right. Now, I don’t know how many times she’s been married, but it’s more than thrice. Women like that know a lot about men. “To a smart girl men are no problem...” simply means that don’t stress over men because if applied wisely they can be great resources. They can fertilize you, care for you, fix the toilet, and if you’re really lucky, let you keep the house after a divorce. They have their little annoying tendencies for attention, but don’t you just love petting them? Men, creatures that are so easy to please. When they love you, even the crumbs on your lip they want to suck off. The especially rambunctious ones can be a handful, but even in their diabolical-self-destructive-narcissism you still love the way he cooks those turkey cutlets in ginger honey glaze. Like Nina's man in EVERY MAN FOR HERSELF. Or, on another note, like the way he strokes your, uhm, back after a long day’s work. Yes, men can be the answer. Just make sure you got the right question.

THIS IS SO TRUE! I NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHY SO MANY WOMEN ARE SO ANGRY AT MEN, FRUSTRATED AND BITTER, I MEAN MEN WILL BE MEN WE NEED TO KNOW HOW TO WORK TOGETHER AND IF YOU PICK THE RIGHT ONE YOU CAN HAVE A GOOD LIFE (AND A WORKING TOILET AT ALL TIMES)
Can personally testify to this. When I met my fiance I was not doing too good at all. I had just divorced had bills and was working two jobs with a kid. When I saw him I knew exactly what I wanted and it was him. Yeah, he's not perfect but he provided a way for me to have a better life. He got me signed up at this school for more classes and he helped me write my business plan which I am happy to say have 2 very successful spas back home in FL. So we had our drama but I knew the end goal. Too many women dont have a clue about how to relate to a man, even the nuts.
ANSWER TO WHAT? My headache, my migraine. Pulease. Women need to start doing for themselves. Why do we need men for anything? We dont even need them to make babies anymore, we can go to the sperm lab. Smart girls say no to men being the answer for anything!

In relationships, you've got to be a realist (yes this is coming from me--a romantic fiction writer lololol). In order to be happy with a man, you've got to be very, very clear about what the relationship can and can't do.
The man/marriage can't save you, be everything to you, give your live it's meaning etc. Married or not, you must do ALL of the above yourself. That's your job, not the man's or the function of the marriage.
Still as the original blog states, it's WONDERFUL to have someone who fixes my computer, picks up the slack financially when I want to concentrate on children and writing, who is father to my children, who is calm and objective when I'm flying off the handle, who I can talk politics with for hours etc, etc, etc...
Men don't complete the woman, they compliment her.
